I've been seeing Sarah and, occasionally Polly, for about two years for an ongoing problem and their service is excellent. Both Sarah and Polly are very friendly, extremely professional and provide good advice on exercises I can do at home to avoid the recurrence of the problem.
I am 61 years old and have a career looking after people with disabilities. Sarah's careful attention, experience and knowledge has enabled me to continue working in a field I am so passionate about. It's all about relaxation and maintenance of the body and Sarah assists me to do this so well. I am looking forward to trying yoga classes soon to improve my abilities. I love just being able to jump onto their website and book online! Prices are very competitive and the practitioners are so flexible and willing to do whatever they can to meet your needs! The yoga room is such a relaxing and beautiful place to get your yoga fix too! I highly recommend MWT!!!
